Beer and Ballet

Beer and Ballet began in November 2017 as a single ballet class at Aardwolf Brewing in Jacksonville, Florida, with a simple idea: dance shouldn't feel out of reach. I wanted to break down the barriers between the performing arts and everyday community life by bringing dance into a place where people already gather. Today it's a multi-state program with a team of more than a dozen teaching artists, class assistants, and volunteers, offering ballet and social dance classes and events in breweries across Maryland, Florida, and Ohio.
